Registration Information
Customer needs to provide:
1. Valid legal representative information: photocopy of ID card (or passport), personal address (or mailing address), contact number, one personal seal, two copies of sealed notarization certificates. The document shall be notarized at the local notary office.
2. Confirm the director list for establishment. One of them must be a long-term resident and shall serve as the company's nominal representative. (It is required during the registration and bank account opening process. Haifeng could provide the director upon request).
3. Confirm the company name and business scope (For registered name, Chinese, Japanese and English are all acceptable. But the term “Fujimoto” must be added before or after the name. The company name does not need to be verified, it can be put into use as long as it’s not well-known or trademarked.).
4. Fill in the "Japanese company registration application form": confirm company name and registered capital.
5. Registered capital: 3 million Yen (We can provide upon request)

Registration Process
Incorporation formalities:
1. Confirm the registered address;
2. Confirm Japanese representative of the company;
3. Prepare all the required materials. Fill in all the application forms drafted by our professional administrators. After notarization, the company will send the documents to the Legal Affairs Bureau for registration. (This will take approximately 20 working days.) All valid information would be obtained after the process is completed.
